Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will oversee Business Planning, daily operations, align business planning with organizational goals, manage budgets, and ensure smooth operational execution. The role involves working closely with top management to analyze business performance and develop strategic initiatives to drive efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management
• Proficient in Analytical Skills for evaluating business performance
• Finance and Budgeting skills to manage and optimize resources effectively
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Experience in sports, entertainment, or event management industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field;

MBA preferred
