Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a RF Assembly Manager located in Mumbai. The RF Assembly Manager will oversee the assembly, integration, and testing of RF systems and components. Daily tasks include managing the RF assembly team, ensuring quality control, coordinating with the engineering team, and troubleshooting technical issues. The RF Assembly Manager will also ensure compliance with safety standards and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in RF system assembly, integration, and testing
• Experience in Soldering, bonding, cabling and harnessing
• Proficiency in managing technical teams and ensuring quality control
• Strong understanding of RF components, antennas, and radar systems
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to coordinate with assembly team
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements
• Relevant degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the defense and aerospace industry is a plus
• Preference will be given to immediate joinee
