Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating content, optimizing social media channels, and ensuring alignment with marketing objectives. Day-to-day tasks include planning campaigns, monitoring engagement metrics, and working collaboratively with the wider marketing and creative teams to enhance brand presence online.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Content Strategy skills
• Excellent Writing skills for clear and engaging content
• Analytical skills to track and evaluate campaign performance
• Creative thinking and an eye for visual storytelling
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in managing multiple social media platforms is a plus
