Role Overview

The Director – Infrastructure Operations will drive end-to-end delivery, solution architecture, and client success across DevOps, SRE, Security and Cloud engagements. This role blends deep technical expertise, delivery excellence, and stakeholder engagement while overseeing engineering teams and ensuring client satisfaction.

The role requires a leader who can manage people, processes, and technology operations, while also contributing to pre-sales, strategy, and marketing enablement to support Infra360’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Operations

• Lead and mentor a DevOps / SRE team (8–15+ engineers) across multiple client projects.
• Own delivery of projects – SOW, milestones, SLAs, and client expectations.
• Conduct sprint planning, standups, and reviews to ensure accountability and quality.
• Ensure smooth resource onboarding, allocation, and project execution.
• Track and report on KPIs, delivery metrics, and client success outcomes.
