About the Team
You will join the Finance Operations team, responsible for key financial processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and compliance reporting. The team supports internal stakeholders, drives accuracy and efficiency, and contributes to strong financial governance across the organisation.
About the Role
As a Financial Management Apprentice, you will support the Finance Operations and Corporate Secretarial teams in delivering business objectives and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
This role offers exposure to financial reporting, compliance processes, secretarial functions, and governance activities. You will contribute to live projects, work closely with senior professionals, and gain practical experience throughout the 12-month apprenticeship.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily operations and ongoing projects across finance and governance functions.
Collaborate with both local and global teams to support business initiatives.
Assist with Corporate Secretarial activities, including maintaining statutory registers, preparing filings for regulatory authorities, and supporting compliance with the Companies Act and other applicable laws.
Help draft and review internal reports, dashboards, and governance documents to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and delivery within agreed timelines.
Desirable Skills and Attributes
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work collaboratively in team environments.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Candidates pursuing the Company Secretary course (Executive or Professional level) and registered with ICSI for practical training are preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Law.
Recent graduates or candidates with less than one year of experience are encouraged to apply.
Must meet requirements under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 and be registered on the NATS portal.
Must be legally eligible to work in India.

Work Schedule
This is a full-time apprenticeship from Monday to Friday, approximately 40 hours per week. Some flexibility may be required to support meetings with global teams in different time zones.
