BU- Global Study Partner

Location- Noida (WFO)

No of openings- 4

Salary- 3-6 LPA

Shift Details- Mon - Fri

About Role :

The Admission Officer – Australia Process reviews student applications, verifies academic and financial documents, and helps students apply to Australian universities. They maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with university requirements, and guide students through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities :

Evaluate student applications and suggest suitable courses based on their academic profile and career goals.
Check and verify academic, financial, and English proficiency documents carefully.
Review Genuine Student (GS) forms and financial details to ensure they meet Australian university requirements.
Submit student applications through StudyLink and various Australian university portals.
Properly label, certify, and maintain all student documents as per company and university standards.
Conduct pre-screening calls with students to explain requirements and check eligibility (if needed).
Keep accurate records of all applications and student communications.
Support the team with other tasks when required (including occasional weekend work).

Requirements :

2+ years of experience in student application processing or course counselling.

Good understanding of academic, financial, and English test document verification.

Familiarity with GS forms, financial matrices, and Australian university processes.

Experience using StudyLink and university-specific portals.

Strong communication skills (written and spoken).

Organized, detail-oriented, and flexible to take on extra responsibilities when needed.
