Location: Bangalore, India
Reporting to: Chief Marketing Officer

Role Overview

The Marketing Lead will drive pipeline-led marketing for Rapyder’s enterprise and GCC business.

This role owns end-to-end marketing strategy, demand generation, and brand positioning — ensuring marketing directly contributes to pipeline growth, revenue impact, and market credibility.

You will lead brand, growth, content, and demand teams while working closely with Sales and Alliances.


Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute Rapyder’s marketing strategy aligned to enterprise and GCC GTM priorities.

  • Set KPIs focused on pipeline creation, deal influence, and revenue contribution.

  • Lead and mentor brand, demand, and content teams.

Demand Generation & GTM

  • Build and execute integrated campaigns to generate qualified enterprise pipeline.

  • Drive ABM, digital, event-led, and industry-focused GTM programs.

  • Partner with Sales and Alliances to convert leads into opportunities.

Brand & Thought Leadership

  • Strengthen Rapyder’s positioning as a trusted cloud transformation partner.

  • Drive content, leadership branding, and ecosystem visibility.

Performance & Insights

  • Optimize digital channels (SEO, SEM, social, automation).

  • Track campaign ROI, conversions, and CRM-driven marketing metrics.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.


Success Metrics

  • Marketing-generated and influenced pipeline

  • Lead-to-opportunity conversion rates

  • Campaign ROI and digital performance

  • Enterprise account engagement


Requirements

Experience

  • 7–10 years in B2B marketing (cloud, SaaS, or IT services preferred).

  • Proven track record in demand generation and enterprise GTM.

  • Experience managing marketing teams.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM, automation, and digital marketing.

  • Data-driven, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-growth environment.

Requirements
What You'll Be Doing: • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, EDMs, and other relevant online/offline platforms. • Own the funnel: from awareness to conversion, using data-backed strategies to drive pipeline and qualified leads. • Lead SEO initiatives to ensure Rapyder ranks on top for all relevant cloud and Gen AI-related keywords across Google, Bing, and emerging AI/GPT discovery platforms. • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, technical, and content teams to design impactful campaigns and landing experiences. • Manage partnerships with agencies, influencers, and media partners to expand our digital reach and uncover new growth channels. • Leverage CRM tools to run targeted drip campaigns, monitor lead journeys, and improve conversion rates across the funnel. • Continuously experiment with content formats, targeting strategies, and new platforms to stay ahead in a fast-evolving B2B space. What We're Looking For: • 3 - 7 years of proven experience in digital/growth marketing, preferably in a B2B tech or SaaS environment. • Strong understanding of performance marketing, paid search, SEO, retargeting, and attribution models. • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, marketing automation tools, and CRM platforms. • Data-driven mindset with a strong grip on CAC, ROAS, CPL, and funnel performance metrics. • Ability to think creatively, execute independently, and work collaboratively in a high-growth, fast-paced setup.
