Symbiosis Open Education Society Pune(Chaturshrungi Road, Model Colony, Shivajinagar, Pune) is looking for suitable candidates for the position of Exam Coordinator.We are looking for a detail-oriented Exam Coordinator to oversee exam proctoring, provide technical support to students, and address their queries effectively.Key Responsibilities : Proctor and invigilate exams to ensure a fair testing environment.Provide technical support and solutions to students regarding exam-related issues.Respond to emails and online chat inquiries from students promptly.Manage student requests and facilitate effective communication.Address student queries through walk-ins and telephone interactions.Preferred Candidate Profile : Strong Communication and interpersonal Skills.Goods hands on Experience in an Educational Institute.Minimum Bachelor's Degree.Basics computer knowledge like MS Word, MS Excel and Drafting Mails.
