Strong experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB . Hands-on with database indexing, query optimization. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes . Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab). Cloud experience : AWS , Azure , or GCP . Strong debugging and system design skills. Excellent communication and ownership mindset. Kafka / RabbitMQ Redis / ElasticSearch Experience in distributed system performance optimization Exposure to TDD / BDD

About the Role
We are hiring experienced Senior Full Stack Engineers who can take end-to-end ownership of complex modules. The candidate should have strong architectural understanding, hands-on coding expertise, and experience working with distributed systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications.
- Develop backend systems using Java 11 / 17 , Spring Boot , microservices architecture.
- Build highly interactive UI using Angular / React .
- Implement and optimize RESTful APIs , caching, and performance tuning.
- Mentor junior developers and perform high-quality code reviews.
- Work closely with architects to design scalable solutions.
- Integrate applications with cloud services (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Maintain CI / CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
