Finance Manager

Talasha has been mandated to hire a Finance Manager for a 5 years old, profitable marketing agency. The firm uses tech expertise via AI tools & dashboards to make the youtube advertising process more efficient for content creators, enabling them to better promote their channels & get relevant user engagement

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough Financial Analysis to support strategic business decision-making
• Develop and enhance Financial Models to forecast Annual Operating Plans & Budgets
• Prepare and deliver periodic Financial Reports & MIS Templates for internal and external stakeholders to analyze financial performance
• Lead fund raising efforts through mediums of equity & structured debt, liaise with venture capitalists, bankers & investment firms and serve as the primary finance POC for all external stakeholders
• Lead financial meetings with all stakeholders & assist leadership in managing investor reportings & relations
• Work with senior leadership to develop financial strategies & revenue forecasts for the business
• Compute the unit economics and profitability metrics for the organisation & analyse areas of cost inefficiency & discrepancies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial data.
• Partner with the accounts & compliance team to finalise books of accounts, trial balance & ledgers scrutiny
