Job description9- 12 years of experience in the BFSI domain, with a strong focus on AA (Arrangement Architecture). Mandatory domain experience in Corporate and Private Banking Lending. Strong techno-functional understanding of banking products and processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical teams and business users. Ability to lead discussions, provide expert-level insights, and drive solutioning activities. Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with project delivery methodologies. Exposure to Temenos Transact (T24) or other core banking platforms. Prior experience in managing system upgrades or banking transformation programs. Hands-on knowledge of AA configuration tools and scripting is a plus. Duration : 6 Months Location : Chennai / Bangalore / Pune (Hybrid or Onsite as per project need) Start Date : Immediate to 30 Days
Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into functional and technical specifications.
- Provide subject matter expertise in Corporate and Private Banking Lending.
- Configure and enhance AA (Arrangement Architecture) modules based on client needs.
- Lead and support the design, implementation, and testing of banking solutions.
- Conduct user training sessions, create documentation, and support UAT.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, providing L2 / L3 support as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution within defined timelines.
