Experience & Skill Requirements :
- 12 + years of experience in Contact Center technology
- End-to-end solution design and implementation experience in Cloud Contact Center (Genesys Cloud CX / NICE CXone / Amazon Connect / Five9)
- Must have experience in AI, Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions (offered by any hyperscalers or 3rd party conversational AI providers)
- Must have worked on AI, Gen AI and Agentic AI capabilities Contact Center's offer for Prediction, self-service, augmentation and enhance operational excellence
- Must have experience in desinging end-to-end AI enabled Contact Center solution for a large enterprise customer (B2C)
- Cloud Contact Center Architect certifications are preferred
