Job descriptionAbout OstoOsto is a protection-first, all-in-one cybersecurity platform that makes startups enterprise-ready in minutes - securing cloud, apps, APIs, devices, and data with real enforcement, no security engineer required.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to own Osto’s marketing engine for the US startup ecosystem - driving awareness, pipeline, and product demand across digital channels, founder / VC communities, and cybersecurity circles. You’ll experiment fast, learn fast, and turn insights into compounding growth.What You’ll Drive- Content marketing (blogs, case studies, landing pages, playbooks)- SEO, AEO, GEO to scale organic growth- Event marketing across startup, VC, accelerator and cybersecurity ecosystems- Community & social growth (Reddit, Slack / Discord, VC platforms, LinkedIn, etc.)- Growth experiments across channels to reduce CAC and increase sign-ups- Analytics, attribution, and funnel reportingWho We’re Looking For- 3–6 years in B2B SaaS / cybersecurity / DevOps growth marketing (US preferred)- Proven track record of scaling inbound pipeline and organic demand- Hands-on operator who can write, experiment, analyze, and execute fast- Strong understanding of startup + VC ecosystem audiencesWhy Osto- Market-differentiated cybersecurity product for the fastest-scaling startups- Work directly with founders;
shape GTM engine from day zero- High ownership, fast iterations, and direct impact on revenue growth- Accelerated leadership path as marketing scales
