Back End Developer

How you will contribute?

We are seeking a Python Backend Developer with 3–8 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will support in building and productizing accelerators and AI / GenAI-based solutions to solve client business problems. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable back-end systems, integrating AI models, and ensuring high-quality client delivery. The ideal candidate takes ownership of tasks, collaborates in solution design, and contributes to delivering impactful digital products.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask. Implement modular and reusable code structures for maintainability and performance. Work with relational and non-relational databases, including SQL, Azure SQL, SQLAlchemy, and NoSQL databases; perform data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning. Build and manage parallelized workflows to support large-scale processing. Integrate and productize AI / GenAI models into backend services. Develop and maintain Dockerfiles, containerized applications, and ensure seamless deployment. Handle application design end-to-end, including API design, scalability, and performance. Manage interaction with object storage services and handle documents, files, and structured / unstructured data. Work on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deployment, monitoring, and scaling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment to ensure timely and quality client delivery. Support DevOps practices including CI / CD pipeline setup and deployment automation.

Qualifications :

Strong proficiency in Python programming. Proven experience in backend frameworks : FastAPI, Django, Flask . Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL, Azure SQL), NoSQL databases, and SQLAlchemy ORM . Hands-on experience with object storage services and handling documents / files. Strong knowledge of application and API design principles. Practical exposure to AI / GenAI integration and productizing models. Proficiency with Docker, containerization, and cloud-native development. Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 3–8 years of relevant experience in backend software development, preferably in a product-based environment.
