The bp M&C and Pulse global organization operates in multiple regions i.e. ANZ, Americas, South Africa and Europe. The team innovates, develops, maintains and drives technology outcomes for the mobility & convenience business in Americas aligned to the global technology strategy.
Knowing what and how much product to range and order at what price and how to store flow and handle inventory is a crucial part of business operations. BP's Americas business is looking to improve its effectiveness across these key processes.
About The Role
Acts as the single point of accountability for M&C Americas Convenience Platforms, with a focus on establishing a robust technology estate for Head Office Store Management. Ensures platforms meet uptime SLAs and provide accessible, actionable data to empower store managers in making efficient operational decisions. Plays a critical role in enabling M&C America's growth roadmap, supporting initiatives across consumer, customer, and convenience segments to drive revenue growth and cost optimization.
Leads multiple cross-functional teams—including product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams across operations, finance, and technology—to ensure alignment with business goals. Collaborates with global technology leaders to maintain end-to-end alignment of M&C initiatives with the broader global strategy.
Serves as the liaison strategic vision and execution, translating business objectives into tangible outcomes across products, platforms, and services. Takes a hands-on approach to technology decision-making, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of solutions. Prioritizes features, handles stakeholder expectations, and upholds high standards for quality, budget, and timelines. Maintains a strong focus on business and customer needs, ensuring the delivery of impactful solutions that support both operational efficiency and strategic transformation.
