We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Employee Benefits Manager to join our Insurance Broking team across Delhi, Hyderabad, and Mumbai. The ideal candidate will manage, service, and grow our portfolio of group insurance programs, including health, life, and accident insurance, catering to corporate clients. This role requires strong client management skills, an understanding of employee benefits products, and the ability to develop tailored insurance solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and service group insurance programs, including health, life, and accident insurance for corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities to expand the employee benefits portfolio by cross-selling and up-selling relevant insurance products.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms, premiums, and claims resolution.
• Analyze client needs and provide customized employee benefits solutions.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging products in the employee benefits space.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy administration, renewals, and claims management.
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal & Skills :
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing employee benefits or group insurance programs within the insurance broking industry.
• Strong understanding of health, life, and accident insurance products for corporate clients.
• Excellent client servicing, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
