Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight : Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, from start to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications and engineering standards.

Technical Guidance : Provide technical advice, solve technical difficulties that arise on-site, and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Quality Control : Oversee the quality of work and materials, ensuring they meet project specifications and industry standards.

Safety and Compliance : Enforce health, safety, and sustainability policies and regulations on the construction site, and ensure compliance with building codes.

Budget and Timeline Management : Manage project budgets, control costs, and ensure the project adheres to the agreed-upon timeline.

Coordination and Communication : Liaise with clients, subcontractors, architects, quantity surveyors, and other project stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.

Reporting : Prepare detailed site reports and document project progress, technical issues, and site activities for stakeholders.

Surveying and Layout : Perform setting out, leveling, and surveying of construction sites to ensure proper site layout and alignment.
