Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, personnel management, and HR management tasks. The role involves implementing HR strategies, providing support to employees, handling employee relations, managing HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. This position requires effective communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Experience with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Completion of hiring requirments and targets
• Skills in Personnel Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant certifications such as SHRM or PHR are a plus
