Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading paid media efforts across platforms like Google Ads , Meta (Facebook & Instagram) , LinkedIn , and more. The role includes campaign strategy, hands-on management, reporting, and collaboration with creatives and client leads.
Candidates should be able to work independently, thrive in fast-paced environments, and communicate effectively in cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms
Conduct audience targeting, A / B testing, and performance reporting
Collaborate with content, design, and web teams on campaign assets
Track KPIs including ROAS, CPL, and CPA, using tools like GA4 and Data Studio
Make strategic recommendations to improve funnel performance
Ideal Candidate
3+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media roles
Proven track record managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaigns
Strong command of analytics tools and reporting dashboards
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working asynchronously
Bonus : experience in B2B, SaaS, or international markets
