Senior Dynamics CRM Engineer

Position : Dynamics CRM Developer (Python & AI)

• Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics CRM solutions tailored to investment workflows such as fundraising, deal tracking, and portfolio monitoring.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom modules, plugins, and workflows in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Customize entities, forms, views, and dashboards to align with business and investment processes.
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with external tools and services using APIs, webhooks, and custom connectors.
• Implement business process flows, role-based security, and data validation within the CRM system.
• Build and maintain CRM dashboards, alerts, and monitoring tools for investment data.
• Support CRM integration with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams for ETL processes using tools like Alteryx, Talend, or custom Python scripts.
• Automate document ingestion, extraction, classification, and reporting workflows across various formats (PDF, CSV, Excel).
• Build dashboards, alerts, and monitoring tools to track investment and document data quality and flow.
• Develop, customize & maintain Dynamics CRM solutions with Python & AI integrations.
• Automate document processing, classification, and reporting workflows.

• Support integration with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) & ETL processes (Alteryx, Talend, Python).
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance in investment contexts.
