About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp and proactive Business Development Executive who knows how to find the right leads and turn them into strong business opportunities. If outbound prospecting, lead gen tools, and closing deals get you excited, you’ll fit right in.
You’ll be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, reaching out to potential clients, and helping brands discover the value of influencer marketing and creative digital campaigns.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying, researching, and prospecting potential clients across industries.
- Building targeted lead lists and managing outreach campaigns.
- Using tools like Apollo , Lusha , Instantly , and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and engagement.
- Crafting personalized outreach sequences and booking meetings with marketing decision-makers.
- Pitching services confidently, understanding client needs, and supporting proposal creation.
- Working closely with strategy and accounts teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handovers.
- Achieving monthly and quarterly lead generation, meeting booking, and conversion targets.
What We’re Looking For
1 to 3 years of experience in business development, outbound sales, or lead generation (preferably in marketing, SaaS, or agency setups).Hands-on experience with Apollo , Lusha , Instantly , and LinkedIn Sales Navigator .Strong written and verbal communication skills.A proactive, self-motivated attitude with excellent follow-up skills.Ability to manage a high volume of outreach while keeping messages personalized.Comfortable working with CRMs, email automation, and reporting dashboards.Bonus Points
Previous experience selling influencer marketing or creative services.Familiarity with B2B prospecting and outreach strategies for brands.Existing connections with brand managers, CMOs, or marketing heads.Understanding of campaign structures, pricing models, and agency workflows.What You’ll Get
