Job Overview :

We are hiring a Workday Security Functional Consultant to support the client's ongoing Workday optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will be Workday Certified with extensive experience in configuring, auditing, and maintaining Workday security frameworks across multiple modules.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, configure, and manage Workday security roles and policies .

Partner with functional leads to align security configurations with business and compliance requirements.

Audit user access and maintain data integrity across the Workday ecosystem.

Support Workday releases by testing and validating security impacts.

Troubleshoot security-related issues and recommend process improvements.

Provide documentation, reporting, and user support for all security activities.

Stay up to date with Workday security best practices and new functionality.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills :

Workday Security Certification is mandatory.

3+ years of experience in Workday Security configuration and support.

Deep understanding of Workday domains, role-based security, and business process security.

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Comfortable working in a remote, client-facing environment.
