Role Overview :

As a Strategy Consultant, you will be involved in building GBS / GCC advisory solutions for the clients –advising clients on GCC opportunity assessment, offshoring / sourcing strategy, peer bench-marking, business case development, location assessment and talent strategy, defining target operating model, and writing thought leadership and reports. You will collaborate with marketing, sales teams and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Help clients across the GCC lifecycle – including GCC opportunity assessment, offshoring / sourcing strategy, peer bench-marking, location assessment, business case development, talent strategy, and defining target operating model
• Lead comprehensive market research, competitive bench-marking, and trend analysis to identify opportunities and strategic risks
• Develop best practice material on various GBS topics to be used by teams or shared with clients
• Contribute to building sector / topic teams and suggesting emerging sector / topic based on client demand
• Develop additional proprietary knowledge like creation of databases, supporting whitepapers and internal knowledge documents
• Create impactful PowerPoint presentations tailored for executive communication, effectively telling the story behind the data

Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Engineering or related field; Postgraduate qualifications are a plus. 3-5 years of consulting experience in GBS / Shared Services / GCC sector strongly preferred Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas and modelling, and data visualization. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations. Strong verbal and written communication skills; experience presenting to senior executives is desirable. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence.
