Oracle CX Technical Consultant - VBCS Module

We are seeking a skilled Oracle CX Technical Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Redwood UI Development, Oracle Visual Builder (VB Studio), and modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop user interfaces using the Oracle Redwood Design System, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices.
• Implement personalization and extensibility features using Visual Builder (VB Studio) to enhance user experience and meet client requirements.
• Apply Redwood and UI / UX design patterns to create intuitive and visually appealing Oracle applications.
• Develop responsive and interactive web applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and JSON data models.
• Engage with business users across multiple units to align technology solutions with business goals.
• Perform system configurations, create technical design documents, and develop and document test scripts.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore functional / technical teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts and project managers throughout all project phases.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Exposure to REST APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is preferred.
