QuickReply.ai is the operating system for WhatsApp marketing and sales workflows. B2C brands use us to turn chat into business. We integrate with Shopify, CRMs, marketing automation tools, and AI models.

What you will do

  • Get hands-on with QuickReply.ai, build sample chatbots and flows to learn the product from the inside.
  • Push 2+ high-depth SEO pages daily based on our content intelligence system and topic clusters.
  • Work through a structured AI Citation SEO checklist that guides every piece toward ChatGPT / Gemini citation-readiness.
  • Map search intent → user journey → QuickReply use case with zero hand-holding.
  • Use tools like Frase, NeuronWriter, GPTs, Claude, and Sheets to build atomic, interlinked, E-E-A-T-aligned content.Use Frase, NeuronWriter, ChatGPT, Claude, and Sheets to plan, outline, and interlink content.
  • Research integrations and use cases with CRMs, MAs, or external SaaS tools — and write from a lens of systems-thinking.
  • Ship machine-readable markup (FAQ schema, TLDR blocks, dataset summaries) with every publish.
  • Partner with GTM and product to keep docs, tutorials, and release notes crisp and current.

What you must already know

  • You have written long-form content for a B2B SaaS product, with real depth.
  • You can read API docs and describe concepts like webhooks, JSON payloads, and auth in plain English.
  • You are comfortable in Notion, ChatGPT, and Google Sheets.
  • You write like a clear explainer, backed by logic or data.

    • Bonus (Not mandatory)

  • Familiarity with Zapier, Make.com, or HubSpot.
  • Basic Schema.org or SEO plugin experience.
  • Exposure to martech or the WhatsApp ecosystem.
