Role Overview

We’re seeking a Senior Embedded Hardware Design Engineer to lead the design of next-generation control and measurement electronics—from concept and architecture to validation and production. The role is hardware-first with scope to own selective firmware modules based on your skills. You’ll work closely with firmware, validation, manufacturing, and QA teams to deliver robust, field-ready products.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and review analog, digital, and power-supply circuits for embedded systems.
• Own schematic capture and PCB layout (review / guide layout engineers);

drive DFM / DFT and release to manufacturing.

perform HW validation and characterization (bench + environmental).

drive corrective actions and reliability improvements.

coordinate pre-compliance and certification testing.

Required Skills & Experience

Nice to Have (Preferred)

familiarity with IEC / IS standards relevant to power & protection.
