Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle OTM Cloud Technical Consultant to design, develop, and support Oracle Transportation Management Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in OTM configurations, integrations, and extensions , along with a solid understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in end-to-end OTM Cloud implementation projects — from solution design to deployment and support.

Design and develop customizations, extensions, integrations, and reports using Oracle OTM Cloud tools.

Build and maintain integration flows between OTM and ERP, WMS, and third-party applications using :

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

Web Services (SOAP / REST APIs)

EDI / XML

Configure OTM components such as :

Agents, Actions, and Conditions

Rate Structures and Rate Records

Order Releases, Shipments, and Itineraries

Data Queues and Automation Agents

Develop BI Publisher reports , custom dashboards, and data extracts.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues , performance bottlenecks, and integration failures.

Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.

Perform data migration activities including master data, rates, and configuration data.

Prepare and maintain technical design documents (TDDs), configuration documents , and deployment plans.

Required Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud .

Strong knowledge of :

XML, XSLT, and SQL / PL-SQL

Java or Groovy scripting for OTM extensions

REST / SOAP web services

BI Publisher, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

Good understanding of transportation processes, logistics, and supply chain operations .

Experience in performance tuning and debugging OTM-related issues.

Familiarity with OTM data model and database schema .

Preferred Skills

Experience with OTM Cloud upgrades and patch management .

Knowledge of Oracle SCM Cloud modules (WMS, Procurement, Inventory) .

Experience in Agile / Scrum methodology .

Oracle OTM or SCM certification is a plus.
