- Prepare annual brand plans aligned with overall business objectives.

Innovation Campaign Execution :
Lead ideation, planning, and execution of high-impact scientific marketing campaigns (both traditional and digital).Provide tactical marketing support to the sales team.Data-Driven Analysis :
Analyze market data, competitor intelligence, and consumer behavior insights.Use analytics tools and KPIs to measure, refine, and optimize campaign performance.New Product Launch :
Conduct need-gap analysis for the current portfolio.Lead pre-launch strategic planning, stakeholder alignment, and post-launch performance evaluation.Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including HCPs, medical teams, sales teams, compliance, supply chain, and marketing agencies.Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team for task excellence.Performance Monitoring :
Define and track performance metrics to assess campaign impact and business contribution.Market Research & Analysis :
Direct qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to derive customer and market insights.Refine brand positioning and promotional strategies based on research outcomes.Financial Management :
Manage annual budgeting, expense tracking, and P&L oversight.Regulatory Compliance :
