Role Overview :
As an Event Sponsorship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing event sponsorship strategies from conceptualization to execution. Your daily tasks will include securing event sponsors, fostering relationships with partners, managing event logistics, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
Responsibilities :
Manage event sponsorships from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of goals and objectives. Develop and implement effective event sponsorship strategies that align with company objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and development. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including event organizers, sponsors, and partners.
Key Requirements :
Proven experience in event marketing and communication, with a focus on sponsorship management and partnerships. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field. Experience in the technology industry is highly valued, as is knowledge of AI and Web3 events.
