About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting business data to support strategic decision-making across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Analyze data and generate actionable insights to support management decisions.

Develop dashboards and performance reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.

Coordinate with different departments to collect and verify data accuracy.

Automate reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.

Support audits and provide data as required by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting roles.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and Google Sheets.

Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau will be an added advantage.

Good communication and analytical skills.

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Salary Range

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
