We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Digital Solutions Manager to drive digital adoption and productivity enhancement across all our institutions. In this strategic role, you will identify, implement, and train users on the best digital tools and software solutions, enabling modern, efficient, and tech-enabled operations.

Responsibilities :

Evaluate and implement digital tools and productivity platforms
Train faculty, staff, and students across all institutions
Create digital workflows, templates, and dashboards
Collaborate closely with IT, academic teams, and hospital units
Drive digital transformation and operational excellence
Lead pilot programs for new-age tools and technologies

We are looking for :

IT professional with 10–20 years of experience

Strong background in digital tools, implementation, user training

Excellent communication and project management skills

Passion for enabling organizations through technology
