ServiceNow CSM Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CSM Developer to join our growing team. As a subject matter expert in ServiceNow CSM, Service Portal, Integrations, and Reporting , you will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting customer service solutions that align with business needs.

This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support ServiceNow CSM solutions, Service Portal, and reporting

Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow CSM and other applications

Provide consultation to users on technologies, data, and processes

Serve as a key team member in ServiceNow CSM support and enhancements

Lead effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders

Troubleshoot, debug, and deploy technical solutions across modules

Manage break fixes, enhancements, projects, workflows, release management, system outages, and maintenance

Stay current with industry trends and implement best practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering

3+ years of ServiceNow CSM support, implementation, and enhancements

Hands-on experience with at least one full cycle implementation of ServiceNow CSM

Strong knowledge in ServiceNow CSM, Service Portal, Integrations, Reporting

Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS

Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional & technical solutions

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and time management skills

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills

Desired Skills

ServiceNow ITSM / HRSD experience

Business Analysis and organizational change management

ServiceNow application testing (ATF, Selenium, etc.)

Integration expertise (REST / SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server)

Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory)

ServiceNow CSA / CSM certifications

ITIL v4 Foundation
