Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain responsive, user-centric web applications using React.js.
- Translate UI / UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure end-to-end functionality.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and performance tuning.
- Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and usability issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in front-end development.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Mentor junior developers and help maintain coding standards across the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in React.js.Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Context API, or MobX.Proficient in using React Hooks, Functional Components, and Component Lifecycle Methods.Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming (Promises, async / await).Experience with front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM / Yarn.Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.Experience with unit testing and testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Enzyme.Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Experience with TypeScript is a strong plus.Familiarity with Next.js or server-side rendering (SSR) frameworks.Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams.Basic understanding of CI / CD pipelines, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Exposure to GraphQL and modern API design is a plus(ref : hirist.tech)
