In this role, you will lead the technical evolution of a high-performance SaaS platform, driving the design, prototyping, and implementation of scalable enterprise-grade solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into efficient, secure, and maintainable software. The role emphasizes hands-on technical leadership, including mentoring engineers, defining best practices, and ensuring platform consistency across distributed teams. You will leverage AI / ML frameworks and modern cloud technologies to deliver impactful solutions that enhance functionality, performance, and scalability. Accountabilities
- Lead the technical design, architecture, and implementation of scalable SaaS solutions with AI / ML capabilities.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and SMEs to understand requirements and propose optimal technical solutions.
- Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to software engineers, promoting best practices in testing, scalability, and maintainability.
- Design and develop reusable libraries, APIs, and platform components to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Ensure high standards for functionality, security, performance, and cloud-native deployment in a serverless-first environment.
- Contribute to the adoption of the Well-Architected Framework and development of comprehensive test suites (unit, integration, contract).
- Participate in cross-team technical discussions, reviews, and decision-making processes to guide platform evolution.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in architecting and developing enterprise-grade, scalable services, platforms, or products.Proven experience with distributed systems and large-scale applications in geographically distributed teams.Strong backend expertise in technologies such as Java, Node.js, Python, Golang, and caching solutions like Redis.Proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).Experience with cloud platforms and modern architectures; AWS experience is highly desirable.Hands-on experience with AI / ML frameworks and applying machine learning in production environments.Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience in startups or high-growth environments, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced settings.Bonus skills : data modeling, data architecture, CRM integrations (Salesforce), workflow orchestration, and business process automation.Benefits
