Job Summary :
The Account Manager – UK Team will be responsible for managing and growing client
relationships in the UK region. This includes understanding client requirements, coordinating with
internal recruitment and delivery teams, ensuring timely fulfillment, and maintaining high levels of
client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage existing client accounts in the UK region and serve as the primary point of contact.
Develop a deep understanding of client hiring needs, business objectives, and project
requirements.
Coordinate with the recruitment / delivery team to ensure timely and quality candidate
submissions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and
follow-ups.
Identify opportunities for account growth and new business within existing client portfolios.
Ensure smooth onboarding, delivery, and issue resolution for assigned accounts.
Track account performance, generate reports, and share updates with management.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet targets and service level agreements (SLAs).
Maintain records of client interactions and transactions in CRM tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in Account Management / Client Servicing / Recruitment Sales,
preferably in IT Staffing or Consulting.
Experience working with UK clients is highly preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment / staffing lifecycle.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
