Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Mumbai. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers to understand their requirements and offer tailored crane solutions. Key tasks include providing technical support, assisting in customer inquiries, preparing proposals, facilitating pre-sales activities, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves close collaboration with the technical and manufacturing teams to ensure customized solutions meet client needs, along with regular follow-ups to maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Sales Engineering and Sales for industrial products, with the ability to recommend tailored solutions
• Proven experience in Technical Support, along with expertise in understanding and explaining complex technical products
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with diverse clients and ensure satisfaction
• Experience in managing customer queries, nurturing relationships, and facilitating pre- and post-sales processes
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred
• Knowledge of the manufacturing or industrial equipment sector is an advantage
