Key Role Expectations
The faculty member will be responsible for academic delivery, including high‑quality undergraduate teaching in General Management and related areas such as HRM, innovation and sustainability, entrepreneurship, and design thinking, using contemporary and experiential pedagogies; student mentorship, by providing continuous academic guidance, career mentoring, and developmental feedback; curriculum design and development, contributing to course creation, revision, and alignment from an international and interdisciplinary perspective; research and scholarly output, through the publication of research papers in reputed national and international journals and participation in academic conferences; industry engagement, by facilitating industry interactions, live projects, and applied learning initiatives to enhance curriculum relevance; and institutional development, through active participation in academic governance, program development, accreditation activities, and strategic initiatives contributing to the growth and reputation of the institution.
Eligibility & Experience
Qualifying Criteria – ASSISTANT PROFESSOR:
a. A Master 's degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed) from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
b. Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC, like SLET/SET.

A candidate has been awarded a Ph.D. Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of M.Phil./Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2009 or 2016 may be exempted from NET/SLET/SET.
c. Minimum 2 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals
d. Without prejudice to the above, the following conditions may be considered desirable:
i) Ph.D. preferred with entry-level of 2 years' experience is desirable but not mandatory.
ii) The candidate has presented at least two papers based on her/his Ph.D. work in conferences/seminars sponsored/funded/supported by the UGC/ICSSR/CSIR or any similar agency.
Other published work may include books, Research Periodical, Ph.D. guidance, Consultancy projects, and a patent filed.
Compensation follows UGC norms; for candidates with strong research potential, teaching excellence, or industry exposure, remuneration will be aligned competitively.
