Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a

UX Design Lead

located in

Bhopal . The UX Design Lead will be responsible for leading the design team and projects, implementing design thinking methodologies, creating visual designs, and ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms. The role involves conducting user research, prototyping, and collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet user needs and business goals.

Qualifications

Experience in Design Thinking and Visual Design

Strong User Experience Design (UED) skills

Proficiency in User Research methods and Prototyping techniques

Hands-on experience in

mobile and app design (iOS / Android)

Excellent communication and team leadership abilities

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Experience in the tech or recruitment industry is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
