Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Planning Assistant Manager to oversee and assist in the planning and coordination of HVAC projects. This role requires a deep understanding of HVAC systems, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams, clients, and consultants.
Key Responsibilities :
- Techno-Commercial Comparison : Conduct techno-commercial comparisons for HVAC equipment and accessories, ensuring the selection of cost-effective and efficient solutions.
- Technical Data Sheets : Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical data sheets for all HVAC equipment and accessories.
- Client / Consultant Interaction : Work closely with clients and consultants for approval of technical data sheets and ensure alignment with project specifications.
- Design Coordination : Coordinate with the design department to ensure timely submission of accurate shop drawings.
- Tracker Maintenance : Develop and manage various trackers (TDS, Drawing, Procurement, etc.) to monitor project milestones and document progress.
- Project Tracking : Utilize project management software to track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Progress Meetings : Attend weekly progress meetings with clients and consultants to review project status and resolve any issues.
- Material Requisition : Take quantities from drawings and raise material requisitions based on project requirements.
- Production Clearance : Provide production clearance for all equipment and accessories based on approved drawings, and collaborate with the site team for inputs.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Proven experience in HVAC project planning and coordination.Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components.Skills Required
