Validation Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Validation Specialist to oversee the validation of our products.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 6-12 years of experience in validation and quality assurance to lead our product validation efforts.

• Create and implement effective validation strategies and processes to ensure product quality and reliability throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define validation requirements and priorities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
• Develop and manage validation plans, protocols, and procedures, including IQ / OQ / PQ, software validation, and process validation.
• Oversee the execution of validation activities, review test scripts, and ensure thoroughness and accuracy.
• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential product risks related to validation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance validation processes, streamline workflows, and increase efficiency.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors for validation testing services.
• Maintain end-to-end documentation and traceability of validation activities, including Validation Plans, test plans, test protocols, and reports.
• Provide regular updates and reports on validation activities to Quality Assurance and stakeholders, raising risks proactively.
• Lead and manage a team of validation analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship for professional growth and development.
