Job descriptionAlthough it is work from home you would be expected to work regular working hours Drive and develop media sales revenue through cold calls and taking the interested leads to closure. Build, maintain, and manage relationships with marketing professionals at both client and agency levels Develop and manage a robust pipeline; forecast new-business closure rates and booked revenue accurately Begin as an individual contributor; strong performers will expand into team leadership roles Fully remote; no market or field visits required More than 3 years of Media sales or Ad sales experience. Demonstrable senior-level negotiation and relationship-building skills Must have a working laptop and broadband at home Must be willing to work full time from home and should not be looking for part time work Fixed Annual salary : ₹5 Lacs per annum maximum (100% Remote role) Industry-leading incentives tied to performance ESOPs, health insurance, and life insurance Paid maternity, paternity, and marriage leave

Role Summary
As a Sales Executive (Work‐From‐Home but 9 to 6), you will generate, nurture and convert leads. Success means rapidly moving cold leads to warm leads through discovery, demo, and close, ultimately driving media sales revenue and qualifying for a leadership track.
