Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales professional to join our manufacturing unit's business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through a combination of cold calling, cold emailing, tele-sales, and direct B2B outreach. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a good understanding of manufacturing products and client needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate new business leads through cold calling , cold emailing , and tele-sales activities.
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on prospective customers' needs.
- Reach out to prospects via phone, email, or virtual meetings to pitch our manufacturing services and products.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat business.
- Maintain a database of leads, contacts, and client interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and technical teams to provide accurate information and timelines to clients.
- Attend client meetings, trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and feedback for senior management.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets .
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.0-1 years of sales experience in a manufacturing or industrial B2B environment .Proven experience in tele-sales, cold calling, and cold emailing with measurable results.Excellent communication and persuasion skills.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.Willingness to travel as needed.Preferred Industries / Experience :
Background in garment accessories, industrial products, security seals, or packaging solutions is a strong plus.Skills Required
