DGMGM Production CDMOCRAMS

Managerial Experience : Must have worked in a managerial capacity within Multi Product API Set up Intermediate or CDMO manufacturing setups.

• Production Oversight : Responsible for daily production activities in alignment with the monthly plan.
• Yield & Quality Improvement : Drive continuous improvement in yield and quality with regular monitoring and reporting.
• Resource Management : Accountable for Raw Material Consumption (RMC) productivity and effective utilization of available resources and manpower.
• Raw Material Planning : Coordinate with the Stores Department to ensure timely raw material planning and availability.
• Cycle Time Optimization : Monitor and implement strategies to reduce production cycle time.
• Reporting : Prepare and present monthly reconciliation reports to management.
• Compliance & Standards : Ensure all processes are executed as per cGMP guidelines in close coordination with the Quality Assurance Department.
• Documentation Review : Review completed Batch Production Records (BPR) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) validation protocols and other production-related documents.
• Change Control : Initiate and manage change control processes for any modifications in production activities.
• Deviation & Complaint Handling : Evaluate investigate and report critical deviations Out-of-Specification (OOS) results complaints and material returns.
• Training & Development : Conduct training sessions for production employees and regularly review their performance standards.
