Candidate Requirements –

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in Corporate Communications (not marketing or digital-focused). The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria :

• Proven Track Record : Demonstrated experience in a core corporate communications role, with tangible results in internal and external communications initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Experience working closely with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, and the ability to manage high-level communications effectively.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : A history of working with multiple and diverse teams, both internally across departments and externally with agencies, partners, and vendors.
• Stakeholder Liaison : Strong capability in liaising with senior stakeholders across various functions and organizations, maintaining professionalism and strategic alignment.
• Engagement Conceptualization & Execution : Ability to conceptualize and execute engagement activities, both offline and online, including town halls, leadership communications, employee engagement programs, etc.
• Matrixed Environment : Experience in working within matrix team structures, navigating complexities, and driving alignment across different business units or geographies.
