Junior / Associate Designer (Social Media & Brand Assets)

About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate designer to support our day-to-day creative output across social media, YouTube, and brand communication. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director to design social posts, thumbnails, web creatives, and visual assets that align with each brand’s tone and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging social media creatives , YouTube thumbnails , and web graphics .
- Adapt and repurpose existing brand assets across multiple formats and platforms.
- Maintain consistency across design systems and visual identities.
- Collaborate on campaign visuals, storyboards, and brand storytelling.
- Assist with light motion design / animation for social posts (if applicable).
- Manage and organize project files efficiently on Figma or Adobe Cloud.
