Role Description
Kavya Motors is looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to expand our presence in the Industrial segment. The role involves promoting and selling tractor-based equipment such as Loaders, Backhoes, Dozers, and Post Hole Diggers etc to RMC plants, Paper industries, Cotton Ginning Industries, Bio Coal Industries Building material suppliers, brick manufacturers , and other similar sectors.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and visit potential industrial customers to generate leads and build relationships.
Promote John Deere tractor-based solutions and close sales with high-value clients.
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable product configurations.
Negotiate effectively to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery and after-sales support.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Industrial Sales and Technical Support
Strong Sales, negotiation and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Excellent Communication skills to effectively explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Knowledge of the Automotive, Construction Machines or Agriculture Machines Industry is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in relevant Industry or similar to construction / agriculture equipment.
Self-motivated with a passion for field sales and customer engagement.
Local candidates from Vadodara will be preferred.
