Technical Program Manager

About the Role

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Technical Program Manager for the CEO Office at 9 Point Capital. You’ll work directly with the CEO and multiple technical teams, owning the planning, documentation, tracking, and on-time delivery of all technology projects (blockchain, fintech, app development, platforms) across our group of companies. Your job is to ensure every project meets stakeholders’ timelines and quality standards, no matter the technology domain.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Program Management :  Drive and track all technology projects from requirements through delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality results.

Stakeholder Coordination :  Work closely with architects, developers, QA, and external partners to clarify goals, remove roadblocks, and ensure cross-team alignment.

Documentation & Processes :  Enforce high standards for requirements, architecture docs, code reviews, user testing, and release notes.

Project Reporting :  Maintain dashboards, write progress reports, and communicate status to the CEO and stakeholders.

Technical Acumen :  Quickly understand new technologies, ask the right questions, and bridge gaps between business and engineering teams.

Risk Management :  Identify potential risks early, communicate openly, and drive action plans to stay on track.

Continuous Improvement :  Refine project processes for speed, predictability, and quality across all teams.

Key Requirements

5–10 years of technical program / project management in fast-paced tech / startup environments (blockchain / fintech / app experience a plus, not required).

Hands-on background in software development, engineering, or technical product management.

Proven capability delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time.

Mastery of project management and documentation tools (Jira, Notion, Confluence, etc.).

Clear written / verbal communication and organizational skills.
