Role Overview
The Recruitment Manager – Technology will be responsible for driving technology hiring across mid-to-leadership roles, managing client relationships, and leading a team of recruiters to ensure delivery excellence. This is a leadership role within the staffing business, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for technology positions (IT, Product, Engineering, SaaS, Digital, etc.).
- Handle leadership and niche hiring mandates for clients.
- Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Mentor and guide a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and maintain quality standards.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing and assessment strategies.
- Track recruitment metrics (TAT, quality of hire, client satisfaction) and ensure delivery excellence.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to design effective talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in recruitment with a strong focus on technology hiring in a staffing / consulting firm.Proven expertise in handling mid-to-senior / leadership hiring.Strong understanding of technology roles, skillsets, and market trends.Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a recruitment team.Strong business acumen, negotiation, and communication skills.Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).What We Offer
