We are a leading staffing firm specializing in technology hiring and end-to-end talent solutions. With a strong client portfolio across industries, we are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager – Technology to lead hiring operations and drive client success.

Role Overview

The Recruitment Manager – Technology will be responsible for driving technology hiring across mid-to-leadership roles, managing client relationships, and leading a team of recruiters to ensure delivery excellence. This is a leadership role within the staffing business, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for technology positions (IT, Product, Engineering, SaaS, Digital, etc.).
  • Handle leadership and niche hiring mandates for clients.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Mentor and guide a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals and maintain quality standards.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing and assessment strategies.
  • Track recruitment metrics (TAT, quality of hire, client satisfaction) and ensure delivery excellence.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to design effective talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment with a strong focus on technology hiring in a staffing / consulting firm.
  • Proven expertise in handling mid-to-senior / leadership hiring.
  • Strong understanding of technology roles, skillsets, and market trends.
  • Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a recruitment team.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
