Rate : ₹ 2000 - ₹ 2500 per hour

Approx. 100 hours (overall ₹2 - ₹2.5L fees)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

ServiceNow Developer

to support our team following a recent implementation. The ideal candidate will help

resolve existing platform issues , optimise processes, and

upskill internal staff

through knowledge transfer and best practice guidance.

This is a hands-on, flexible role ideal for professionals who enjoy short-term technical engagements and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve post-implementation issues within ServiceNow

Configure and enhance

ITSM processes and workflows

Develop scripts and automation solutions

Support

integrations with Salesforce, Jira, Slack,

and other systems

Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to internal team members

Collaborate remotely with at least

3–4 hours overlap with Perth (AWST)

Required Skills & Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified Developer and / or Administrator

• Strong expertise in

IT Service Management (ITSM)

Configuration & form design

Scripting (JavaScript / ServiceNow scripting)

Workflow and automation design

Third-party integrations (Salesforce, Jira, Slack)

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

Previous experience in knowledge sharing or mentoring preferred
