▷ (Immediate Start) Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Membership Sales & Targets
• Pitch, promote, and sell gym memberships & personal training packages.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through walk-ins, inquiries, and lead follow-ups.
• Front Desk & Member Handling
• Greet members and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
• Handle incoming calls, inquiries, walk-ins, and provide accurate information about services.
• Manage daily check-ins, renewals, and billing.
• Customer Service & Query Resolution
• Act as the first point of contact for all member concerns.
• Handle complaints, feedback, and resolve queries promptly.
• Ensure high member satisfaction & retention.
• Operations Support
• Maintain front desk records, membership database, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with trainers, housekeeping, and management to ensure smooth gym operations.
• Support in organizing events, challenges, and promotions at the gym.
